"On July 31st my wife & I were on our way back to NY from Nebraska when I noticed a slight vibration on my 1500 Drifter. After 10 years of ownership you just know when something isn't right. The bad news was this happened on a late Sat. afternoon. The good news- it was near Thomas Honda and Kawasaki. First thing Mon. morning I met Dave Thomas & after explaining to him, Dave had his technician Pat take the bike for a ride. When Pat returned he said he felt the bike performed like one w/ the amount of miles on it but wanted to put the bike on the lift to give it the once over. Pat was very thorough and found the universal joint was the problem. There was no hesitation on the part of Dave Thomas & his crew to get us back on the road to NY that day. When you're travelling, that is something which is very much appreciated. Deciding which bike to buy can be difficult, but where to buy it in our opinion is a no brainer- Thomas Honda and Kawasaki. "Early Tuesday, July 6, a group of five of us riding from Wisconsin to New York encountered a bad front wheel bearing on a Honda Shadow on I-90. In despair we landed on the north side of town (I really don't know) where we asked and was pointed to Thomas Power Sports. Initially, the news was grim as a new part, a wheel bearing, was probably what was needed. To our groups suprise and wonder, one of the MC technicians had the part, on hand, in his bag of tricks. We were so lucky to have this good fortune at Thomas. We are forever grateful. Within two hours we were on our way to a very successful trip to New York (and back). Thank you so much for your work and hospitality towards our group."

"To whom it may concern, On January 14th, during the middle of a blizzard I realized that it was time to break down and by a snowblower. I stopped at 3 different places; Lowe's, Sear's, and finally Thomas Honda. At the other stores they seemed to be extremely understaffed and didn't seem to want to even approach me regarding their snowblowers. My sales rep at Thomas Honda approached me immediately and walked outside to show me the snowblowers in the middle of a snowstorm without even wearing a jacket to give me prompt attention. Furthermore, the dealership prepped my snowblower and even carried the machine outside to my car so I wouldn't get snow inside my vehicle. I will refer everyone I know over to Thomas Honda due to their great customer service. Way to go Thomas Honda! "

"Last December i bought a kawasaki 90 for my two daughters from Tomas honda. I called on chrismas eve and was able to pick up the quad that day so they could have it christmas morning. I had such a great experience dealing with Dave, Laurie, and Devlin that I returned a month later and purchased 3 more quads from them. A trx400ex for me, a trx250ex for my wife and a honda trx90 for my daughters. We ride them all the time and have had no trouble with any of them. I could not have asked for better service or a better product. I recommend Thomas Honda to everyone I know."

"I had recently visited a Honda dealership in Merrillville and when I made a call to tell them which bike I decided to purchase, the sales person told me they did not have the 2008 Honda Shadow Aero 750 red and white but they have several 2007 and in red. I repeated myself several times that this is my first bike and this is what I want. He did not want to listen to me and when he became bored with me he ended the phone coversation by saying he would have someone else call me later on that day. I then surfed the web for another Honda dealer and found Thomas. What a hughe difference. Devlin answered the phone, said I don't have what you are looking for but let me try and find one. Within 10 minutes he called me back and said I can have your bike here tomorrow. My husband and I went there the following day and much to my surprise, there it was, my bike, brand new and more beautiful than the photographs. The Thomas Honda team, treats all propective buyers with respect and that is why my husband and I bought 2 brand new 2008 Honda Shadow Aero 750's. If you think they look good in photos, wait until you see them in front of your house. Big hats off to Doug our delivery man who brought our bikes to our home and went through them step by step, thank you. And to the Merrillville Honda dealership, if you read this, good, maybe you'll learn somthing about sales, service, respect and how to listen to your customers. "
